Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at gokcaybaydar@gmail.com with your order number — we will send you return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — in most cases without requiring you to ship the item back.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected (or your claim is approved), we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days, or any shorter period required by applicable law.

Exceptions. For hygiene reasons, grooming items that have been used cannot be returned unless defective.

If we cannot ship your order. If your order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe and you do not agree to a new date, you may cancel and will receive a prompt, full refund.

Your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights, remedies, or warranties you may have under applicable law, including the law of your U.S. state of residence.
